Career progression

Client Services Executive

Our Client Services Executives help us ensure every client gets the most value from our service. As a provider of administrative support to the Client Services team, you’ll be part of an integral department that works to maintain our high standards of customer service.

Operations Associate

Our Operations Associates play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality and timely service by partnering with a small team of Account Managers/Account Directors to support with administrative tasks while simultaneously learning the ins and outs of our business to facilitate a smooth transition into an Account Management role in the future.

Account Manager

Our Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of 300-400 accounts, made up of long-standing clients and new clients sent their way by our expert sales teams. Through seamless coordination with our creatives, they deliver top-quality productions whilst proactively consulting on their clients’ ongoing marketing needs.

Account Director / Client Services Manager

You’ll be leading a team of Client Services Account Managers and Account Associates, collectively tasked with ensuring our clients get the most from our service. Your team activate new client accounts by collaborating across our client care, sales and creative teams, to ensure that new productions are setup and meet the client’s and PHMG’s standards.

Head of Client Services

Our Heads of Account Management are directly accountable for the performance of their market or region. True leaders, they confidently make decisions about their team, clients and strategic direction – acting professionally and as a strong and visible role model for Client Services at all times.
