Luxury and creativity go hand in hand at Quest Fine Jewelers. For over 25 years, they’ve built a reputation as being Virginia’s source for quality, custom made pieces. Their craftsmanship and collections have become part of people’s stories – bringing generations of customers and vendors back time and again.
Quest has never settled for the ordinary in their jewelry, and the same went for their phone systems. They needed on-hold marketing with just as much polish and distinction – so they came to PHMG.
The problem
Quest is the pinnacle of refinement, but their on-hold marketing told a different story. The jewelry shone, but the phone experience didn’t – with outdated messages that lacked distinction and failed to engage callers.
Fewer opportunities and fewer meaningful interactions were no longer an option. They needed a partner to step in and craft something worthy of their name.
How we helped

Then came the voice. Our Head of Creative worked closely with Quest to select a voiceover artist that captured their brand perfectly – personable, inspired, and elegant. Now, the words our copywriters had penned could come to life, through scripts that celebrated their collections and told the story of their heritage.
