Craft an exclusive track that would capture the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty brand in song. Quality knows quality, so our process would have to reflect their impeccable standards.

An affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty global real estate network, our client specialises in luxury real estate.

With their customers often spending seven figures on their next home, the expectation is for a level of service and expertise that’s completely unsurpassed. Making a positive first impression is vital, so optimising the experience of calling the brokerage for the first time was on our to-do list.

Our client opted for our exclusive Brand-Sound+™ package, which buys the rights to use their exclusive track across any marketing channel – extending beyond their phone system to include social media, company videos and even open-house events.

We conducted a series of workshops with Premier Sotheby’s to learn about the brand, their service, their values and their target audience. Armed with this knowledge, our talented composers had identified an appropriate genre – classical – and began working to craft a track befitting the Sotheby’s name.

A performance to savour

When it came to recording the track, we wanted to take things up a level.

Using our industry contacts, we were able to schedule a performance by the iconic Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London – renowned as the favoured recording space of The Beatles.

Travel restrictions at the time meant our client couldn’t be there to see the orchestra perform live for themselves, so we instead captured everything on film. And this has actually become an advantage, because our client can now use this across their channels to share the story – of how their new track was crafted – with team members and customers alike.
