The background
Big Ass Fans’ journey started in 1999, and since then they have grown considerably— expanding their reach with several international offices, as well as their product offering to include three new lines. in a short time, selling air conditioning and fans worldwide. What started as a big idea became a workplace revolution and is now best practice for designers, managers, and business owners across every industry.
With considerable growth came the need for branding evolution and a better caller experience to continue to outshine competitors and turn every call into an opportunity.
The problem
What started as a small business soon grew into a worldwide enterprise. Big Ass Fans has a huge list of distributor stores, and also two main offices that were in need of seamless caller connectivity. In order for Big Ass Fans to continue on an upward trajectory, and continue to reach a wider audience, the company would require an investment in branding, plus an overhaul of their telephony messages to ensure customers were directed to the right person, first time.
Due to our expertise in both audio branding and telephony systems, we were able to increase their branding proposition as well as implement key changes in their phone system.
How we helped
We started first with their branding, deploying our audio experts and voice artists to create Big Ass Fans a memorable sonic logo that captured their business and brand identity perfectly.
Once their voice-over artist had been selected, next came the overhaul of their telephone system to make sure every caller got the best experience. Enter our CX Architects. Our telephony experts, with the help of our highly trained writers and voice over experts, set about implementing Auto-Attendant, On-Hold, and Out of Hours messages into their phone system.
