Saving for success
Meridian is Canada’s second-largest credit union, and the brand people seek when they want to secure their future with a trustworthy financial institution.
As a large brand with a community focus, Meridian has invested time and care into strengthening its ‘members first’ mentality. That mantra has set Meridian apart from legacy banking brands, allowing them to accelerate their digital evolution and retain members’ trust at pace. Our challenge was to absorb that brand agility and communicate it through sound.
We sat an in-depth creative workshop to get to the bottom of what makes Meridian tick, with our composers creating a sunny hybrid-pop track that channels the brand’s personality within a digitised marketplace. Combined with assertive yet friendly copy and voice artistry, it’s finally given them a sonic identity reflective of their brand.
Beyond that, we focussed on optimising their advertising – distilling their Brand-Sound™ into a succinct sonic logo. In doing so, we built a subliminal signpost that marks

A once-in-a-lifetime experience
We pulled out all the stops to create a track of outstanding quality.
The clientele of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is accustomed to the finest things life has to offer, so for Premier Sotheby’s to make the perfect first impression, they needed to deliver an unmatched audio experience – something we took care of immediately with call route optimisation.
After a series of workshops that broke down their brand, we created a beautiful piece of music their audience can luxuriate in – a refined, sweeping orchestral track that reflects their impeccable standards. Premier Sotheby’s can now extend their magnificent customer experience beyond the phone, with an exclusive track they can and do use across social media, company videos and open-house events.
For the cherry on the cake, we had the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra perform their track at Abbey Road Studios, creating an unforgettable experience and an invaluable marketing asset.

St. Andrews Links is one of the world’s oldest golf courses. Situated on the eastern coast of Scotland, it’s a regular host of The Open Championship and a major tourist attraction.
And when you hear the phrase ‘the home of golf’, there’s no doubt what’s being referred to. That’s how embedded the St. Andrews Links name is within the sport, and even the wider world.
But they haven’t got there by resting on their laurels, and as a not-for-profit organisation, they have a responsibility to maintain the brand’s value, history and appeal. That’s what we helped them with.
For St. Andrews Links, we created a complete audio brand that communicated the brand’s heritage through sound. And to help drive it even further, we created tailored messaging so callers to the shops, academy and clubhouses received relevant, targeted information.
