Job Title: Technical Implementation Consultant

Reports To: Head of Technical Implementation

Location: Chicago

 

Role Summary & Purpose: Plays a key role in the organization of telecoms implementation work for PHMG customers to allow for a seamless set-up of their contracted audio services. It is their job to liaise with Internal Field Service Managers & Client Account Managers to ensure information and support are offered and supplied when needed. Case completions include liaising and working with third party suppliers and contractors from across North America.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Development and management of strong working relationship with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of telecoms engineering and audio branding works
  • Ordering and coordination of delivery of all third-party engineering works required to enable client telecoms system provide Audio Branding services
  • Coordination of all required works to upload audio content produced by PHMG.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues/questions related to delivery of PH Media audio branding services
  • Ensure that case completion and telephone usage volume reach an acceptable standard monthly in accordance with the latest appendix (arranged by Head Of Technical Implementation and in accordance with departmental objectives)

 Required Experience:

  • Experience in communications and administrative skills
  • Computer and Email experience
  • Working in an SLA environment
