Role: Strategic Projects Consultant – Business Change & Transformation

Location: Manchester

Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm Monday – Friday

Package: £63k-£68k OTE (DOE)

 

We are already global market leaders, but we aren’t stopping there. Over the next 5 years we have a strategy to double the size of the business. You will act as our very own internal consultant on business wide projects. This role will see you develop and deliver the strategic initiatives to deliver on our plan. You might be investigating and delivering complimentary products and services, defining, and delivering on our approach to Technology, business change, implementing automation, developing new operating models, or delivering our remote working capabilities globally.

 

The scope is varied but what is certain is that you will be working on our biggest questions, and opportunities, making meaningful, long-term impact to the business. You will take a high-level problem statement or initiative brief, research internally and externally, creating the case for change, developing the implementation plan, and leading on execution through to value realisation.

 

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Consultancy experience
  • Strategy execution experience
  • Business Transformation/ Business Change experience
  • Business case development
  • Project/programme leadership
  • First class presentation and documentation skills
  • Comfortable and adept influencing up to board level
  • Fast pace B2B, or B2C experience essential
  • Can lead business and technology enabled initiatives
