We are looking for a keen, methodical and highly organised individual to take on a vital role in our Sales Admin team. You’ll work to ensure this busy department functions efficiently, driving sales leads and inputting data into our client database and completing general administrative duties. You'll be motivated and efficient, with the skill and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The achievements of our sales team (and in turn the continual growth of our business) are dependent on you – so it’s vital that you have the ability to deliver accurate results and work to tight deadlines.

Responsible to: Data Supervisor, Data Manager, Head of Marketing and Data Strategy

Internal relationships: Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Development

Salary: £21,050 OTE

Hours: 2.30pm – 11pm & every 3rd Friday off 

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Hybrid working)

  • Supporting the day-to-day processes of the Sales department.
  • Processing sales tickets – responding to approximately 100 requests a day
  • Driving sales leads and general administrative duties 
  • Data Cleanse – Cleanse, Update raw data
  • Data Deduplication – Logic of dedupe and matching data via excel


Skills, knowledge, and experience required:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role 
  • B2B Sales Experience – Desired
  • Good interpersonal and professional manner
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Knowledge
  • Self-motivated
  • Organized, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail
