Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

The PHMG Marketing team are delivering initiatives with excellence to create an admired global number one Audio branding company. The marketing team you are working with blends experience from the world’s leading brands and admired organisations including Gillette, Procter & Gamble, The HUT Group and PWC.
You will be working across multiple countries to support the development of marketing initiatives and activation plans. The lead country for many PHMG initiatives is the USA – the engine of growth for PHMG.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
As a Marketing Copywriter for our audio branding business, your main responsibility will be to create persuasive and captivating copy for a range of marketing activities, with an initial emphasis on email marketing. You will play a crucial role in raising awareness among small business owners about our Audio Branding & Caller Experience services – highlighting the benefits and prompting consideration and receiver engagement. Additionally, your crafted copy will be fundamental to new product launches, client services communication and many other marketing & commercial initiatives.
We have an amazing PHMG brand that is the pinnacle of the Audio Branding industry – you will apply your deep understanding of the brand, persona & character to produce clear, motivating communication.
- Email Marketing:
Craft persuasive copy for nurture email campaigns targeting small business owners. Develop engaging content that introduces Audio branding & Caller Experience services, educates recipients about their benefits, and prompts them to engage and response to call-to-actions. Apply your expertise in email marketing to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- New Product Launches:
Generate compelling copy for the many new product launches planned in the coming year – including launch presentations, collateral, customer testimonial videos and Marketing campaigns (e.g. direct mail, digital advertising, seminars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging materials that effectively convey the features, benefits, and value of new products.
- Client Services Communication:
Create email campaigns for client services, aiming to enhance client engagement and promote the use of our services. Develop copy that encourages clients to update their telephone messages, introduces new products and services, and prompts them to prepare for key seasonal periods to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
Make copy the heart of successful communication of new Client Services initiatives and new products. Our 35,000 clients are very loyal and look to PHMG for help to stay ahead of their competition, build their brand and deliver an amazing customer experience.
- Marketing & Sales Collateral:
The PHMG commercial process is the envy of the industry. Prospects are transformed into clients through an inspiring yet simple sales process. Support the Marketing & commercial organisation
- Industry Presentations, Training Presentations:
As the industry leader PHMG delivers awareness and education building presentations showcasing the benefits of Audio branding and encouraging consideration for prospects to explore such opportunities.
Develop copy for training presentations related to new products/ features and the introduction of new marketing initiatives. Create content that effectively educates and enables our internal teams to convey the value of our offerings to customers.
Work closely with the marketing, design, sales, and client services teams to understand the PHMG brand, product features, customer needs and market trends. Collaborate effectively to align messaging and create cohesive, persuasive copy.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 Years Marketing and/or Commercial copy experience.
- This can be via agency, client or freelance experience
