Internal Communications Manager

A natural collaborator and communicator, you’ll play a key role in uniting your colleagues through a clear and engaging Internal Communications strategy.
Working closely with our new Head of Internal Communications, you’ll help articulate our company vision and transformation journey, identifying the channels and content formats that drive real engagement.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work on key strategic projects across the business
- Business Partner with key stakeholders across the company
- Support transformation programme – managing role out of key technology implementation projects – engaging all employees along the way
- Manage and develop PHMG’s internal communications channels
- Write and edit engaging copy for all internal communication channels.
- Drive measurement and track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimised for success
Required skills and experience:
- Experience of business partnering with technology teams – working on digital transformation projects, key software updates
- Experience working in Internal Communications, Employee engagement or Change Management role
- Track record of delivering change communication plans
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Stakeholder management
- Familiar with content management systems – past experience of implementing company intranet
- Strong writing ability
- Working in a global environment beneficial
