Data Manager

To maintain our position at the forefront of our industry – and sustain our continual growth – we need an expert team supporting our Sales and Client Services divisions.

As an experienced Data Manager, you’ll provide the expertise to help us build better customer relationships and sell as efficiently and effectively as possible. You’ll manage and optimise client and prospect data to supporting our growth into new territories and assist in the development of new products. And with a new CRM in development, you’ll play a fundamental role in creating the system and processes that will power our future.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and improving data quality to drive business growth through new client acquisition
  • Standardising data management processes with clearly defined user workflows
  • Developing and implementing effective data management policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the new CRM platform is fit for purpose by specifying, realigning and maintaining data
  • Identifying and integrating new data sources into our database
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient transfer of leads
  • Implementing secure procedures for data processing and data sharing
  • Working closely with our internal Business Intelligence team to drive advanced customer data collection and analysis

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Manager working in a B2B sales environment
  • Degree in a computer-related field and/or a relevant qualification in data management
  • Experience with CRMs, Power BI and SQL
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of data protection and GDPR
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to influence change
