We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to help us ensure every client gets the most value from our service. As a provider of administrative support to the Client Services team, you’ll be part of an integral department that works to maintain our high standards of customer service.

This role would suit a career-minded, focused and enthusiastic person with some administrative experience. Self-motivated and helpful, you’re also an exceptional listener – with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate will receive full training, support and development, and will benefit from exciting opportunities for progression within the business.

 

Role:                                Full time, permanent

Salary                              Between £20k – £24k 

Office location:              Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ (Hybrid working available) 

Working hours:              North America hours – Monday – Friday 1-10pm with some flexibility 

                                         West coast Hours – Monday – Friday – 4pm-1am with some flexibility 

                                   

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately inputting client account information on the internal CRM database
  • Filing, faxing, answering calls as and when required
  • Supporting the client services team
  • Assigning new client activation accounts
  • Scheduling client discovery calls on behalf of Account Managers
  • Assisting with transcribes and troubleshooting

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ambitious, reliable and focused
  • Dedicated team player with drive and initiative
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet and exceed realistic set targets
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, proactive and organised approach to work
