This high-profile role demands a true people person with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries over the phone – from sales executives all the way up to managing directors and CEOs. You’ll connect with even the most problematic of clients, liaising with internal and external contacts to gain a unique understanding of individual cases and creating solutions to complex cases that satisfy both parties.

With your experience working in customer relations, you’ll have a proven track record for turning dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. And as an exceptional listener, you’ll understand the needs of our clients, while respecting the needs of the business too.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email
  • Implementing business strategy to meet client retention target
  • Adopting key service values to ensure clients receive the highest standards of customer care
  • Booking appointments with clients and managing the diaries of our on-the-road Heads of Client Support
  • Managing a customer support database on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaising with key departments to maintain strong communication channels
  • Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximise effectiveness in client retention

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Effective personal organisation – a self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity
  • The ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
  • Planning, presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a constantly positive outlook when being faced with complex client issues
  • Expertise with all standard PC software and CRM databases
